My passion for travel started while following another passion of mine; performance. After completing my BFA in Acting in 2016, I was presented with an incredible opportunity. I was offered a role at a renowned theme park in Osaka, Japan. There, I not only spent a year on stage, but I also spent a year experiencing what Japan and other East Asian countries had to offer. I even happened to find Aaron, the love of my life! My eyes were open to a whole new world of culture, courtesy, and cuisine, and I was forever changed. 

Aaron and I have been traveling ever since. My life has become so enriched that I feel obliged to share my experiences with anyone who may be looking to experience Asia and especially Japan with the goal of learning about other cultures, and more importantly, learning from other cultures.

I still have a lot more to see, do, and experience in my travels. The information I post on this blog will be continuously updated and revised as I continue to learn new ways to optimize your travel. It is my goal to provide readers with the tools and information to make their trip the best it can be, experience cultures that many Westerners could benefit learning from, and simply adventure to the fullest.
